Country of production :For over ten years, we've been working hand in hand with the same weavers in Changzhou. There's no question of changing a team that makes soft plaids like no one else.
Their know-how and respect for European standards and the environment are our guarantee of confidence. And because we like to see for ourselves, we visit them twice a year. Nothing escapes us: threads, finishing touches, even the workshop coffee.
To limit our footprint, we only make one shipment a year, by sea using natural gas. It's longer than flying, but so much lighter for the planet. We've also said no to restocking: producing just means producing better. At Waro, standards are non-negotiable: quality, responsibility and softness are our watchwords. And if our plaids are so comforting, it's because they're woven with as much rigor as love.

Your fleece blanket loves softness, even in the washing machine. Give it a 30°C cycle, without fabric softener or bleach, and let it air dry. Tumble-drying and ironing? Not a good idea. With these simple gestures, it will remain soft and faithful for years to come. And if you ever have a washing accident, write to us: we'll be happy to advise you.

Every order passes through the expert (and gentle) hands of Patrick, Patrice and Simon, our cardboard masters, Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm (excluding public holidays, don't push it). They do their utmost to ensure that your parcel arrives in less than 48 hours. If sometimes it takes a little longer, don't panic: your plaid is in very good hands. Our preparers are human (yes, really), so a little error can slip through. If this is the case, contact us: we'll always find a solution. And if the carrier decides that your neighbor - the one you don't like - deserves your plaid before you do... you should know that, unfortunately, we can't control the whole neighborhood. What we can promise you, however, is that we'll do everything in our power to ensure that your orders arrive quickly, smoothly and with the same softness as our plaids.
At Waro, we invite you to consume with heart and reason: we promise that neither the size nor the color of your plaid will change during the journey. In doubt about the ideal shade for your living room? Write to Emma (emma@waro.com), she loves being a decorating consultant. But if you're still not happy with your throw, you can return it within 14 days. Conditions: original packaging, plaid unfolded and never used (we'll leave the "sofa party" test for later). A €9.99 fee will be deducted from the refund. But if you choose to exchange it...no charge. Softness, at no extra charge.
