Their expertise and respect for European standards and the environment are our guarantee of confidence.
To limit our footprint, we only ship once a year, using natural gas. It's longer than flying, but so much lighter for the planet. We've also said no to restocking: producing just means producing better. At Waro, standards are non-negotiable: quality, responsibility and gentleness are our watchwords.

Bathrobes, sweaters, plaids, headbands... All our fleece accessories can be washed just like their big brothers: at 30°C, in a delicate cycle, without fabric softener, and with natural drying. Ironing? No need. Properly cared for, they'll wrap you in softness for years to come. And if anything goes wrong in the washing machine, just drop us a line and we'll work out a solution together.

Every order passes through the expert (and gentle) hands of Patrick, Patrice and Simon, our cardboard masters, Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm (excluding public holidays, don't push it). They do their utmost to ensure that your parcel arrives in less than 48 hours. If sometimes it takes a little longer, don't panic: your plaid is in very good hands. Our preparers are human (yes, really), so a little error can slip through. If this is the case, contact us: we'll always find a solution. And if the carrier decides that your neighbor - the one you don't like - deserves your plaid before you do... you should know that, unfortunately, we can't control the whole neighborhood. What we can promise you, however, is that we'll do everything in our power to ensure that your orders arrive quickly, smoothly and with the same softness as our plaids.
At Waro, we invite you to consume with heart and reason: we promise that neither the size nor the color of your plaid will change during the journey. In doubt about the ideal shade for your living room? Write to Elisa (elisa@thewaro.com), she loves being a decorating consultant. But if you're still not happy with your throw, you can return it within 14 days. Conditions: original packaging, plaid unfolded and never used (we'll leave the "sofa party" test for later). A €9.99 fee will be deducted from the refund. But if you choose to exchange it...no charge. Softness, at no extra charge.
